The Fitness Architect Virtual is a

60-minute online workout done in the comfort of your own home, wherever in the world that might be.

It gives you the opportunity to remotely train with our crew.

   what do i need to prepare?   

In addition to choosing your schedule and filling out the newbie form, you'll need the following:

a.) The Zoom application downloaded on the device you'll be using during the workout.

b.) A laptop or mobile phone to view the workout correctly. If possible, connect to your TV via HDMI or Airplay.

c.) A small space at home and a yoga mat. If you have any equipment, you can use it, but it's not necessary for your first class. We have alternative bodyweight moves for you to perform.

d.) Bluetooth headphones or speakers to hear your Coach clearly.

e.) Bring your water bottle and towel, as the workout will be a sweat fest.

OUR WEEKLY SPICES

(newbie friendly)

MONDAYS

The OG Mondays

Class Type: Mixed

The OG stands for "The Original Gangsta," and it is a 25-station mixed workout. This is the old-school way of conducting virtual circuit classes. If you are a beginner, this is a great class to start.

TUESDAYS

Superset Tuesdays

Class Type: Strength

Our Superset workout focuses on building strength. While having equipment is ideal, we have alternative moves available for those without any.

 

Even a pair of dumbbells will suffice for this workout, which many of our members enjoy doing at home or in a building gym.

WEDNESDAYS

*HIIT Happens

Class Type: Cardio

Get ready for our signature HIIT workout that consists of 4 AMRAP Board works. If you're new to working out, this might be too advanced for you.

 

But if you're ready to challenge yourself, then go for it! This is a mixed workout that's great for those with limited equipment.

THURSDAYS

The Virtual Wall

Class Type: Cardio

How Far Will You Go?

 

Get ready to work with our high-volume board works. Are you brave enough to crush a Virtual wall workout? It's cardio-dominant, but it pushes your limits and lets you know how far you can go.

FRIDAYS

Tabata Weekender

Class Type: Mixed

Who doesn't love a good Tabata workout? Our signature interval training workout will not disappoint.

 

The workout consists of 20 seconds on and 10 seconds off intervals. If you're a fan of Tabata workouts, this is a must-try!

SATURDAYS

Lift

Class Type: Strength

Our second strength-dominant workout of the week is called LIFT.

 

Unlike Superset Tuesdays, LIFT classes have varying workout programming every week, ensuring that it's spicy enough to suit your strength game.

SATURDAYS

Zen

Class Type: Yoga

Mobilize and find your Zen with our once-a-month Yoga session.

 

Our yoga class will ensure that you have the right flexibility to do our weekly workouts and this is a perfect compliment to your virtual workouts.

What Makes A Good Virtual Workout

Bigger Screens

We suggest that you go for a bigger screen by connecting via HDMI or Apple Airplay to see your workouts properly.

Bluetooth Headset or Speaker

Get clear instructions from your Coach by using head/earphones or speakers. This gives you a lil' bit of pump to dance a bit through our tunes.

Yoga Mat, Water Bottle & Towel

It's a daily sweat feast. So make sure you the essentials ready. Hydrate regularly and wipe those sweat drops for a much safer training.

Minimal Equipment

It gets exciting if you try our Strength workouts every Tuesdays and Saturdays. 

But don't fret if you don't have one; we have our alternative bodyweight exercises for you too.

Smart Watches

Track your calories by using your smart watches. Make sure you switch them on before the class starts and end it once the stretching is over.
