Today, The Fitness Architect Virtual turns 2.

Updated: Aug 3

I had originally planned to create a video for this occasion, but I can't complete a single clip without becoming emotional. 😭

Two years ago, on this exact date, two significant events took place. This video shows the overwhelming joy in my heart when I finally launched The Fitness Architect Virtual.

The photo above was a different story that unfolded on the same day. I seldom share the difficult moments in my life on social media, but on that day, I had to make the tough decision to let go of something very close to my heart. 💔

That day was a rollercoaster of emotions. I spent hours crying. I couldn’t grasp it all and kept asking why it had to happen.

But after allowing myself to sob for a bit, I stumbled upon a quote on one of the podcasts that I listen to and that felt like a message for me.

“I Choose Courage Over Fear”

On that same day, I put this on my calendar. I want to remember the same quote every year because that’s what I did that day.

I opened this quote again today and again, It all makes sense now.

It's taken me 2 years to understand why everything happened the way it did. Now, I can proudly say that I am slowly healing and my purpose in life has never been clearer.

I'm writing this letter to express my gratitude to everyone who supported me and continues to do so. I am grateful for my family, friends and my clients who’s been my rock since I decided to return home for good, back in 2021.

I'm still in awe of how far we've come. 🥹

I remember our first day. I was proud to have two people attend my class. Though there were a lot of doubts that I could really pull this off, I went ahead and took the leap. 🙈

Today, we have over a hundred people in our tribe from different parts of the world. From our group classes to our high-ticket clients, to our On-Demand subscribers - it's amazing to see how much we've grown since then.

From 2 people to over a hundred - my energy remained consistent. I continue to be that “bully“ coach that you all somehow loved.

Last year, we built The Fitness Architect Studio. This new space allowed us to improve our work environment and maximize the art of virtual workouts in a fun and creative way. This has been my happy place since then.

This year, our goals are bigger, but our focus remains on our members and our commitment to offering the best virtual workout experience in the Philippines, and soon, the world.

The upcoming relaunch of our website and App, the first TFA Summit in Bohol, our affiliation with one of the UK's largest marketing agency, the launch of TFA Merch and TFA Academy, our first collaboration with one of the Philippines' most prestigious luxury hotels - are just a few of the exciting plans we have in store, and I can't wait to share them all with you

I've completed over a thousand classes and created more than 600 workouts over the last 2 years. I’ve poured all my energy and passion into each one. Today, that doesn’t change.

My great fitness mentor once told me,

"People don’t pay to see less of you, that's why you should always make your class as if it is your last."

I've incorporated this mantra not only into my classes but in my life, in general. In everything new that I venture into, I’ve never settled for anything less.

To those who have followed my journey from day one, I hope that my journey can inspire you and others to never give up your dreams. Always choose courage over fear.

When your heart and mind are in it, that dream can never falter. There will be setbacks - of course, but getting back up after so many falls, will make this journey the sweetest.

Thank you for believing, trusting, and having faith in me. Your continued support has made all of this possible.

I've always put myself in the shoes of my clients; their stories, struggles, and victories fuel my passion. I aim to improve their lives through the power of fitness and a good hour of workout.

It’s the least I can do.

Despite everything that has happened in the past two years, whether good or bad, these experiences have made me stronger, but I will always consider myself a rookie.

It will get better from here.

I will get better as a human too. That's a promise.

This Saturday, we're going to celebrate 2 years of a remarkable journey through a special 1 and a half-hour of virtual workout.

I hope to see you all there, especially those who've been part of The Fitness Architect Virtual since day one.

Thank you for welcoming me into your homes every single day.

Here's to more burpees, squats, and a successful Year 3!

Just Show Up! #Borahae

Lots Of Love,

Coach Lee
