Our One-On-One sessions gives you a much more unique and personalized experience that is tailored to meet the specific needs and goals of each individual. Whether you are looking to lose weight, build muscle, or simply improve your overall fitness level, our One-On-One package options can help you achieve your desired results.

 

With one-on-one attention and guidance, you can receive expert advice on proper form, nutrition, and exercise techniques to maximize your progress and minimize your risk of injury.

 how does it work? 

Once you've shown interest to sign up for a One-On-One session, you will be scheduled for an Onboarding Zoom Call. 

​

Part of the Zoom call is to identify your goals. We will then assess how many cycles you need depending on your needs. 

​

Once everything is sorted out, we will then again confirm the days and time that the session will take place depending on your and Coach Leandro's availability.

 what will you get with our 
personal training? 

In addition to providing a curated program that is designed according to your needs and aspirations, you will also receive the following;

→ Nutritional advice that is a much more sustainable approach towards your relationship with food. 

​

→ Provision of TFA’s Guide to Mindful Sustainable Eating - our official food document.

​

→ A program starter kit includes your printable program calendar, program checklist, and social media kits.

​

→ Recipe book ranging from Low Carb, High Protein, Vegan, and various options that are good for 6 weeks.

​

→ Daily motivational check-ups and exercise that will help you gradually improve your stamina.

 what sort of training do you provide? 

The workouts will depend on what we're trying to achieve during the cycle. Each cycle consists of 20 sessions. Here are some of the few targets and goals.

WEIGHT LOSS

As part of our One-On-One program, we also offer a comprehensive weight loss solution. This personalized approach includes expert advice on diet, exercise routines specifically designed for weight loss, and ongoing support and guidance from a dedicated personal trainer. This solution not only helps you lose weight but also empowers you to make healthier lifestyle choices, contributing to long-term weight management.

STRENGTH IMPROVEMENT

These sessions aim to build muscle,  through effective workouts tailored to your fitness level.

 

Not only will you receive expert advice on proper form and exercise techniques, but you'll also have the full attention of a trainer dedicated to helping you maximize your progress and minimize your risk of injury. This unique, personalized experience is an investment towards achieving your strength goals.

 What's the difference between the Group and One-On-One Classes? 

Although our group classes are equally as effective, our One-On-One packages will help you accelerate in achieving your goals. With our much more closed-watch and thorough implementation, we ensure that you will get the personalized approach that you need. 

 how much is it? 

It will depend on the goals that you are trying to achieve. We are providing a minimum of 20 sessions per cycle. According to the scope, we are going to send you a quotation according as it we will also provide a much more flexible way of doing your payments.
